Graeme Warring
CEO & Co-Founder

Graeme is primarily responsible for managing the company's digital platform. Graeme is an experienced CEO who has founded, built and successfully exited two major tourism businesses through trade sales to publicly listed companies. His previous companies include The Experience Tourism group (,, which he sold to Tourism Holdings Ltd. (NZSX: THL) and the Base Tourism Group (, which he sold to a consortia backed by Accor Hotels and Private Equity funds. Graeme also co-founded FunGuy Studio in 2006.


Dax Logue
COO & Co-Founder

Dax is primarily responsible for new product development and managing the retail side of the business. Prior to co-founding Vizible, Dax was the CEO of Brand Imports, a distribution company focused on selling toys in the vending industry. Dax was instrumental in growing revenues while reducing costs through offshore development and procurement. His professional experience includes working with two software companies, Addams and Tech Systems. He also held senior executive sales roles in organizations in the personal care industry prior to his software experience. Dax currently serves as the Product Safety and Compliance Committee Chairman for the National Bulk Vendors Association.


Darwin Tardio
Director of Software Development

Darwin spent the last 8 years specializing in the development of social gaming, MMOG, mobile and online game development. He also currently holds the position of President of the Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP), a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the game development industry in the Philippines. Prior to joining Vizible, Darwin was a multimedia artist and developer for Digital Media Exchange, a Philippine based online games publisher and distributor. His previous work experience also includes working as an Analyst for Accenture. Darwin has a degree in Computer Science from San Beda College.


Sean Hammond
Director of Animation and Game Design

Sean has invested his academic and professional experience in 2D and 3D animation and graphic design, fulfilling his passion for filmmaking through animation design. Prior to joining Vizible, Sean worked for Viktiv Digital Media, a 3D visualization and animation company based in Holland. With 5 years at executive positions in animation and game design, Sean has become an integral part of the team with his creativity, team management and technical skills. Sean has a degree in Animation from Staffordshire University.


Titony Sarmiento
Lead Developer

Titony acquired a degree in Computer Science with more than 8 years of game development experience. His expertise include Flash Actionscript, web design and development, database design, management and administration, 3D modeling and animation, and video production. Titony witnessed the golden age of video games, playing iconic titles such as Space Invaders and Pacman at the early age of 4. His personal favorite is still Super Mario Brothers 3.


Kevin Codamon
Project Manager

Kevin works with the product development team and external developers to ensure that development remains on time, on budget, and that project issues are communicated clearly. With a degree in Information Systems and Technology from the University of the Philippines, Kevin's areas of expertise include Web/Digital Strategy, Web Project Management, Web Usability, Social Media Management, Online Platforms Management and Digital Advertising. He has also worked as the MultiMedia Head for Level Up! Games, the Philippines' first online game portal that introduced the MMORPG genre to Filipinos.

Richard Gill

Richard is an Emmy-nominated executive producer of syndicated television and interactive gaming platforms. Before his success as the co-founder of Pictionary, he helped build Trivial Pursuit into an international brand. Since the sale of Pictionary to Mattel in 2001, Richard continues to work in the toy industry as a board member, game developer, and advisor to several companies, in addition to having founded several non-toy businesses.


Chris Ko

Chris has held several executive level positions across the video gaming industry from traditional AAA console/handheld segments to the online free to play category. He is currently Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Kabam, a leading MMO hardcore social gaming company where he drives long-term growth initiatives. Before Kabam, Chris spent over 6 years at Electronic Arts (EA) in a variety of strategic roles. Most recently, he led the free-to-play publishing initiatives in EA's Play4Free group. Prior to that, he headed the strategic planning for EA Games. It was also while working for EA that he helped drive category management and strategic planning for the North American Publishing Group. Prior to EA, Chris spent 9 years on Wall Street in a variety of roles, but most notably as an Equity Research Analyst at JPMorgan covering the Internet and Communications Equipment sectors, both in the US and in Europe.


David Pinkus

David is currently the Vice President of Emerging Technologies at Tallwave, a venture accelerator that provides executive formation, operations set up, business planning, business development, product design, product marketing, project management and financial oversight for emerging companies. Prior to moving to Tallwave, he was the SVP of Information Technology for Universal Technical Institute (UTI) where he provided all ERP, CRM and eLearning technology to 11 campuses, 2000 employees and 20,000 students. Before UTI, David was an Engineering Manager and Site Lead for Google. His role there included responsibility for the entire applicant tracking and hiring systems, as well as key pieces of the highly available multi-billion dollar billing infrastructure. He also served as the Senior Director of Software at the Apollo Group (the parent company of the University of Phoenix), where he built a 200-person organization responsible for all of the CRM, ERP, Financial and eLearning infrastructure for the largest university in the world.


Cameron Yuill

Cameron is the Founder & CEO of AdGent Digital, a global digital media and social media agency. The company buys media on behalf of leading brands including travel clients Emirates Airlines, Qantas, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Starwood, Delta Airlines and Lufthansa. In addition, AdGent Digital builds social media technology for brands and publishers. Its extensive list of clients also includes HSBC, Jaguar, Buick, ESPN, New York Times, CNN, Elle and Time Warner. Prior to AdGent, Cameron was the founding Vice President of Partner Marketing, the digital marketing arm of the Travel Services Division of Cendant Corporation. In 2006, Cameron was appointed Board Member of TripMates (sold to SideStep), the first social media site for travelers.
